Referral Marketing Disclosure
Last updated: October 2026
You should know how Skillcondition Tree Service works and how it gets paid. This disclosure explains our role. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What Skillcondition Tree Service Is
Skillcondition Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not do tree removal, emergency or storm tree work, stump grinding, tree trimming or any other tree work.
When you phone the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider, or to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.
How We Get Paid
Skillcondition Tree Service may be paid by providers or marketing partners for calls, form submissions or other referrals we send their way. Payment can depend on factors such as how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you do not hire the provider.
This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to, at the prices the provider sets.
Providers Stand on Their Own
Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Skillcondition Tree Service. Each one is solely responsible for:
- Its quotes, prices and terms
- The quality, safety and timing of its work
- Its licenses, insurance and certifications
- How it communicates and behaves with you
A connection to a provider is not an endorsement of their work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are part of our network at that moment.
The Decision Is Yours
You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions, check insurance, request a written quote, and compare other quotes before you decide.
Recorded Calls
Calls made through this site may be tracked and, at times, recorded for quality, verification and billing.
